The blue plates bolt throught or sandwich the ears on the housing

GN- I believe they sandwich the ears together. But don't know how it keeps the plates securly against the ears. There has to be something inside the ear to not allow it to move around. Maybe a spherical bushing. I was going to call Walt while at work but never had a chance to. I'll try and call tomorrow.

Thats what I was thinking....but dont understand what keeps the plates from moving around without being welded. Not doubting they work, just looking at them and scratcin me head.
