Captain Obvious
Captain Obvious
I have been thinking of making a thread for awhile now about idiots who feel the overwhelming urge to state the obvious as if everyone else or a certain individual is unaware.
The latest example that I have is, I have been trying to sell the Z for a few weeks now but will not be able to worry with it for a couple of weeks now with Christmas coming up and everything (some personal stuff). I paid for a "Run 'til it sells" ad so you will see the humor in an email that I just got.
BUYER INFO
Name: urcaris overpriced
E-Mail Address: urcarisoverpriced@aol.com
Comments: 23K????? Are you kidding me? This is $10,000 OVER FULL, EXCELLENT CONDITION, BOOK VALUE! Get a clue!!! New Cars, Used Cars, Blue Book Values & Car Prices - Kelley Blue Book
Zip Code of Sender: unavailable
This guy took the time to create an email address and send me this informative email. He further drove his point home by adding in a link for me to follow to prove his genius.
Now, let me also state that not only did I drive the price up to a ridiculous $23,399, I also removed all of the pics, all of the info other than and I quote: "This is a 350Z touring." The only reason that I kept that up there is so they wouldn't cancel my ad. (not sure if they would, but it wouldn't hurt anything, except maybe this guys feelings! apparently)
Anyway, Another reason I wanted to post this type of topic, is that lately, I have seen youtube video's where people are discussing... I mean actively and seriously discussing some parody video's validity. I mean come on, they weren't discussing whether it was funny or not, but whether it was real! My God, how people can take things sooo seriously is just hilarious!
Like I said, there were several video's one of which was some dude doing the speed clapping, I think maybe I even saw the original link on here of the real speed clapper, I dunno, but it was funny stuff to watch them argue over if the parody was real and that they were smart enough to point out, HOW you could tell it wasn't real and he was faking it by speeding up the video. ...Seriously lol
Tell me that I'm not the only one who has been seeing more and more of this lately.
Against my better judgment, I will admit that I watch Pro Wrestling. This may shock some people and I hope I don't let the cat out of the bag, but I know that pro wrestling isn't real. I mean those guys do stunts ect but the fighting is all fake! Can you believe it! Can you imagine how many people feel the urge to tell me that it is not real? I'm like, are you serious? I'm like what, so you think HOUSE is real?
