Hey everyone, me and some folks from our squadron booster club were looking to raise a little money, and me being the only car guy suggested a car show. Needless to say, its gotten very good feedback.

What I am looking for is a place near the base, or somewhat close to it in South Tampa, that has quite a bit of room. I didn't know if any of you all by chance ran or worked for any businesses around that would be willing to donate a well-sized parking lot on a friday afternoon/evening, or saturday morning.

I would really like to make this a big showing for people on AND off base to participate, and it would be going to a good cause to raise some morale.
Please let me know if any of you have any ideas.

 

You can try the Sonic Parking lot on Gandy and Manhattan, they have an old WinnDixie there that is empty. You would have to be able to coordinate the parking.

Stop by and speak to Ronnie Setser at Bay Area Customs on Dale Mabry....He always puts together a good show and pretty sure he'd be willing to support the cause
