Man I got to throw a flag, I was waiting for you to come in but I guess thats not happening.
306ci with a 1050....Bull fucking shit. The same guy who built your carb built mine...Rodger at C&S if my memory serves me correctly.
Why is it that he jumps you up to a 1050 when he built me a 650 and we have the same cubes??? And don't say because of the diffrence from a 76mm to a 82mm.
also if your motor builder is the fucking man like you say he is, why the fuck would he use a F cam in a motor that he had the block xrayed. Dosent make sence at all, unless your that fucking cheap or your lying. I mean seriously they are so advanced in making cams now days that he could have got you a killer cam that was more suitable for your app and performed great street driving. At least I can tell people that Fulco uses alphabet cams in his turbo motors, thanks for clearing that up.

nothing wrong with a F cam they are great turbo cam.i went threw this shit when was looking for a cam and cam motion and ed curtis gave me specs for a cam that was almost the same as the F cam but with a little bit more lift so i used the F cam and added some 1.72 rockers and the cam was the same as the cams they tryed to sell me.so unless you are making 800 to 1000 hp i say fuck a custom cam and if i was making over 1000hp i would not go with a roller cam anyway.im not trying to start a pissing match cause im not making the power either of you are just saying a F cam is not that bad

I agree, never said anything "wrong" with the F cam. What i'm saying is there is something wrong with what he is telling his fingers to type, feel me. I have a stock block 306 with a forged crank I beams, aluminum pistons and pro com heads with a e cam that if someone wanted to put up some money I would drop it in my car and make a 8sec pass(at least one lol),this guy got the famous maticulous engine builder ( Fulco ) powerplant and cant muster up a 8 sec pass.

He poked so I have to poke back You were not around back then I don't think, so you might not understand as others do .....

yep 2 year old technology and it still works.not my car just another guy running the f cam

got a new R302 block, TFS high ports and an F-303 with my 74mm Precision turbo and made 770 RWHP 836 RWTQ on a stopped pull. I was going lean on the AFR so I had to come off the rollers to get that issue taken care of. I went back after fixing the fuel problem and it made 888 RWHP and 917 RWTQ. Added the 88mm and it went to 1177 RWHP then and at the track with my car breaking loose on the top end, it went 10.02@170.02 MPH

This would be a good race, both of you can drive to bmp or sunshine...I love it. Do some more testing, get it figured out.

edit: damn thats some mph, look what I did with mine!!! You might need some trick suspention as Scott says to get that car to stick.

If so can you please explain why that was again, and what dyno that was?

bmp is on kill right now, plus nice cool air. Time to get that 8sec run, to this day I never got mine lol
It spun the tires on Sam's dyno, I have a picture of big Vince sitting on the back of the car if you would like that . Of what relevance is this ?

I do find it funny that he replied to this post so many times try to encite something. It's not going to happen. I am all growed up now.
