Sometimes it takes people who want to go to things.

Wow Senor honda why would anybody come back and visit with you making observations and comments like posted above. Ford tech was always one of the busier places on this forum back in the day but times change and people change. I haven't posted in a while but always look to see if any old Ford peeps visit and post, but you have definitely changed that. I'm amazed that one person can be the demise of a wonderful site back in the day. Instead of promoting and helping all I see is that you play the part of the internet police so well that many have left.

Zman,
Some of the most frequent posters on Tampa Racing.com are people who come
from another website to post things about Tampa Racing.com that are not
allowed on their own site. There is nothing stopping *you* from posting on
Tampa Racing.com instead of just stopping by.

There are over 101,000+ members on Tampa Racing.com and hundreds of
people are reading things on Tampa Racing.com EVERY night.
No other site around here can truthfully say that. Another poster
said the same thing about this site that you did and you can click the URL to
read the date he said it.

You can blame me if you want to, but your site can be better promoted
FROM your site, instead of going to Tampa Racing.com and telling people how
awful things are.

When you blame me for people leaving, take a look at words of a past
moderator and ask if people will stick around to be treated the same way I
was treated when I was asked to make suggestions.
https://www.tamparacing.com/forums/p...redit-due.html
As we were being asked for suggestions to "do all he could to save
Tampa Racing.com", he was creating his own website and advertising it on
Tampa Racing.com.

In this instance "your site" refers to some other site which you are a member of.
Take your drama somewhere else. Drama is not appreciated on Tampa Racing.com

You can blame me if you want to....
but I see nothing in your posts on Tampa Racing.com that looks like you yourself are
"promoting and helping" Tampa Racing.com , as you say. There is nothing
stopping *you* from posting on Tampa Racing.com instead of just stopping by.

gee senor Honda, most true car guys do belong to more then one car site, we try to help each other out, share tech, share or offer advise. I think I belong to maybe about 6-8 car sites. Promoting, why? I sometimes offered tech help on the Ford section, I shared my build in members ride tec. promoting is done by others like Mods. Unfortunately this is not the only site that has fallen off, seems like in general the car scene traffic has died a little.

I said that almost 17 months ago, I literally stopped around July last year as the classifieds were changed and the site just is non-existent now. Am i wrong?

The original Ford guys that helped build the domestic Forums (Ford, Chevy, Dodge) who all came from BADRAP, which you might not even have no idea what that means, carried a legacy when these forums were just starting out. Once this site was sold and the ads were shoved down the throats of people, and people just literally moving on out of the hobby you end up with this. Out of the 100,000 people that are members, how many are active? You don't hear anyone talking about Tampa Racing anywhere.

Maybe if the gallery was working again for posting pic there'd be more tech to post and help with.
