It is a cobra. The 8th spot on the vin # is always a D on the 93 cobra.
If he gets 21k out of that, I'll sell mine for 30.

The car does look like it is in great shape so maybe $11k......
And mods devalue a car to a certain extent but they can also increase value too, it just depends on the mods.
