Default Control arms

What brand does everbody recommend? I'm still riding around on the stock ones. Has anybody heard anything about BMR control arms. They are out of Thontosassa. Everything I've heard so far has been good. Suggestions????

cant go wrong with.........
Steeda
Megabite Jr
Metco
Lakewood/Southside
Hotchkis
UPR
Maximum Motorsports

all are good in there own way, just according to what you want to spend and what you will be using the car for.

Basically just a weekend car. I'm sure I'll take it to the track once or twice a year but nothing serious.

my south sides have been on two or three different mustangs, they are over 10 years old. 1.44 60fts with worn out front shocks, they may not be the newest thing out but they work damn good.

Why not give BMR a try? I met the owner of BMR a couple of times while hanging with David Piercey, a well known local mustang mechanic who built the BMR shop building on 301 and unless he sold it, David has a large shop next to it too. It's been a while since I've been over there...

The BMR owner seems like a stand up guy IMHO so why not at least talk to them and/or give the BMR shop a visit? I do not have any personal experience with thier stuff but I can say what I saw looked top notch as far as welding and powder coating was concerned.

Might be worth a try since you can drive over there to discuss any issues you may have with the parts/install instead of an email or phone call whatever.

My humble 2c.

Must be nice to have the resources to buy a new '05 and tear it down....

Talking to Dave Piercey is how I found out about BMR. I have seen their shop and their parts, looks top notch.

They made good f-body suspensions parts for a few years. I talked to them at NMRA show...seemed like good parts.
