I Finally Got My Car Running And Driving
i finaly got my car running again after alot of work and problems shes running and driving its fast as fuck with the 5 speed in it , the cam i have to change out it doesnt start making power till after 4500rpm all the to 8000rpms too much for the street..its a solid flat tapped comp cam 579exhaust 290duration - 619intake 305 duration....anybody got something a little bit smaller like 512-512 lmk ill buy it.....well i also need to put it on timing i dont know if it right...and maybe the carburator needs to be ajusted witch i dont know shit about......ill post pics tomorow....i also put solid motor mounts, cleaned up the wiring mess , and rebuilt the complete motor, i had the pistons cut for lower compression ,and also changed it from c4 to t5, changed out the carpet put 96 black carpet with 96 6cyl manual seats , i still got alot more things i am going to do this car isnt going to look nothing like when i got it.....should run 11's on motor and 10's on the nitrous

I didn't know they still made flat tappet lifters.

I was just being a little sarcastic. I know they still make them, I just have never been able to understand why someone would choose a flat tappet over a roller lifter.
