Default whats worth more? 2.3 turbo coupe or 302 coupe

hey i have the option of putting a 302 or a 2.3L turbo, i was just wondering in the long run what would be worth more when i sell the car

Depends on the buyer. Is the car a factory 4? if not I would say you would get more out of it as a V8.

car is factory 4 but not turbo. i was thinking about putting a 2.3l turbo motor, but for like almost the same money i can put a 302 full drive train, t-5 trans, 8.8 rear and some nice ponies.

2.3 are garbaaaaaaaaaage.

5.0 ftw and I'll even haul the 2.3T to the 'junk yard' for a $30 charge.

I have a 92 2.3t lx coupe... Car is allot of fun. I have owned a 5.0 coupe and now have a the 2.3t .. my 2.3t on 8lbs pulls as hard as a stock 5.0... but what the hell If you look on corral and turboford.net you can get a average of what the 2.3t stangs go for.. Most 2.3t swaps that I have found are in hatches. It really is all about preference if you are going to do the swap I can pm you some details that are not on the stingers web site but as topher 469 stated depends on the audience.

its all a matter of opinion. i like to see what kind of power i can push out of 4 poppers, but 5 liters are cool too. im workin on one now that when im done playing with my turbo'd 4, i will see what the 5 liter can hold. i had a friend that spent a bunch of money in a 5 liter and he took it to the dyno and cracked the block under the intake. it made some power for the money he spent, but i never cracked a 2.3, and i have had 5 of them.
