valve clearance tolerance question

whats up with the bills clipped to the wall? Some kinda weird reminder system?

its a "citation" i actually just called to get an extension. i have my eye on a few parts that are a little higher on the priority list

as you can see its mostly used for scrap paper/ notepad.

.080-.100" on the intake side is good normally, but the exhaust should be closer to .100"-.120". the exhaust valve has more deflection.
