Default Sensor/wiring engine wiring harness difference from 89-93 vs sn95s ?

I'm looking to swap a sn95 5.0 into my wrangler. The sn style ECU is a bit different and has all kind of crap that I don't need built into it ( like air bag and traction control stuff ). I'd rather stay with the old 89-93 style trusty ole EEC-IV style harness ECU ( instead of the EEC-V from the SN95 ).

Are all the sensors and stuff interchangeable from the sn to the fox ? Basiclly, I'm wanting to run a 94' engine off a 92' wiring harness ECU. Anyone see any possible issues with that ?

I could strip a SN of its wiring harness/ECU, but like I said, its a lot more wires and the while the ECU is faster, I'd rather have something simpler.

Any insight on the subject is welcome....

The 95 mustang 5.0 engine is still EEC-IV. It is slightly different in wiring than the 93 and earlier, but there are only 11 pins that are different. I would just stick with the complete harness, PCM and everything, it will probably be easier.

Thanx again man, that's like the second time you've answered a question that no one else seems to know... I should just PM you from now on,
