PI convert
How much would it be and how much to install? This summer is pi and gears

You could find some PIs on ebay as well as Corral or Stangnet. I think the swap would be done for around $1000-$1500. Gears you can find in just about any magazine for $180-$200. You could always just swap to a 4V.
