wanted some input. i was gonna buy this yahoo's mustang so we agreed on price and i went and got some money out of the bank. also to make ends meet i sold my mustang for dirt cheap. two hours before the car was to be picked up(the whole deal was done) the guy says to me ypu might wanna hold off i got some one else coming to look at it! i was like dude you should have told him it was sold. and i told him i already had the money and i also already sold my car! he said well if this guy dosent buy it i will call you! what the fuck is that? now i have enoph shit to make one of these things FLY but no fuckin car!




lookin for a 85-93 'stang gots to be a drop top.

that sucks, i think you were a little too nice to the guy though. if i made a deal with someone and had already sold my car, i would be cussing that mofo out and go over to his house and ask him what his deal is.

a contract over a couple of hours didnt even cross my mind the whole thing happened in like 8 hrs. i guess a contract would have been helpful. i any one is interested it is the 91 convertable in the for sale forum. and i would love to do something but this guy is like 100lbs and has a baby on the way and i am like 250lbs it just dosent seem right. although i am so pissed i cant even see straight.

buyers back out all the time.. it sucks to get stuck with something you could have sold because it was "promised"...

but this should work both ways, if you had the cash, he should have told you to come and get it, why wait on the other guy?

i like 1st come 1st serve. unless *special* arrangements have been made.

orange dan i was about one hour away from pickin the damn thing up he did tell me to come get it then some one else called and he told me to hold off after i sold my damn car! i hope the other guy didnt buy it and i know it isnt insured i hope some one burns it to the GROUND.
