Default Bride Racing Seat

I'm looking for a small seat designed for a slender american or a japanese person. If anyone remembers the bride seat that taylor had, I'm looking for something like that.

The question is, what racing seats have you guys used, and what kind of luck have you had with them? I rode in my friends car with a Momo seat, and it is absolute junk. I don't like hte posture at all.

The car in question is my 240sx with full rollcage and what not, i want to stay in my seat more during drifting. It seems like most american seats are made for fat people, and i slide around in the seats. Does anybody know any good places to get a good seat, or if there are any places where i can actually test fit and sit in the seats ??

Show up at Sebring during the club races and walk the paddock. As an interim thing, you could pick up a Torso Harness. Strap it around your chest (and the seat).

It's all of 14.99 at racerwholesale.com

Matt if you go on Bride's site they list the dimensions of the seat .

I use a Jamex Daytona so I seriously doubt its going to be small enough for you .

I would recomend a Bride Zeta .As the #'s at the end of the model go up so does the seat width of the bucket . Ask Mike about his seats he got reproduction Bride Zeta 3's for like 400 $'s .

I was at AE in Tampa, 56th st. and they had a few on the floor that you could sit in.. I am not sure what brands though. Sure it is not Bride either.. One of the magazines did tests a while ago on all the seats and what size person they fit best. You may want to see if you can find an old copy of email SCC or Superstreet to see what issue.

I like sparco's but they are big money , a nice cheep seat would be a full race aluminum seat simpson makes them I think , they are light and you can form them to you body so nothing else will fit like it and they have all sorts of padding that comes with them that you cover the seat with when you size it up.

I've got cobra clubman's in the stang, and I'm 5'9 and about 165 right now. They fit me like a glove....
