Toyota pickup...not necessarily the T100 or even Tacoma, I'm talking the oldschool ones with 22-RE/22R-TE. 200k mi is a walk in the park. Hell see the two Top Gear episodes where they try to kill one...it just doesnt happen

Otherwise Camry or Corolla

Possibly even late 80's, just make sure it's fuel injected. Stick with a manual though, old nissan and honda auto's suck ass.

My Caddy rolls ~20mpg, made it back from Sanford without missing a beat at 75mph the whole way, and is comfortable to boot. I paid $1500 for it

Forge's Towncar gets the same mileage, is just as reliable, and just as comfortable. Also $1500.

Frank, I hate to break it to you, but 20 mpg on the highway isn't exactly too "fuel efficient".

It is for a $1500 car! I think dead up Highway driving is 25mpg or something. 20mpg is average for the car.

The Harley makes up for it at ~50mpg on the Highway. It didn't cost me $1500 though.

Compared to his Camaro

Old Corolla/Camry, Civic/Accord. Manual of course.

Yeah, the Camaro gets 8mpg.

Hey, I dunno about you, but I'd take the 20mpg to roll in a Caddy vs. a Corolla. If I had to do long trips across the South East all the time, I'd rather be riding a couch than in some little matchbox car.
