you've got to understand the driving conditions in Japan.. 400+ HP daily comuters just arent warranted.. no autobahns or long highways over there... they favor economical agile cars. They DO have the technology to produce cars to rival just about any of those.
Small penis large wallet syndrome is pretty much confined to Europe/USA. Where peopel measure their own self esteem with how much HP their car puts out and how much they paid for it. Those are status symbolsmainly and the Japanese think differently about that stuff. Not to mention they favor different kinds of racing.. and no i dont mean drift per say. They like circuit racing or time attack, and they prefer to custom build their cars for that. I dont see many american cars claiming 0-300 kmh times, or boasting about how quickly they can go around a certain part of a city .. or get from point A in the mountains to point B.
Different strokes man.. USA/Europeans are all about the status.

you misread every word i type Corey .. and i'm not sure if its because your that slow .. or your just wanting to appear dumb.
My point was that the japanese have the technology to make cars to be on that list.. but those kinds of cars dont fit in with their lifestyles.. its more the europeans and americans with their more open roadways and sports like nascar etc that like the high HP larger displacement cars.
Europeans are amixed bag though, their manufacturers love the smaller nimbler cars that are like their rally counter parts aswell.. mainly the luxury makers from germany that like the high HP, high cost cars for their autobahns.
anyhow.. my basic point was the japanese choose not to make high HP cars like that .. their lifestyle is different.
and we all know how accepting you guys in the US are of people not like you dont we corey
