Might be a retarded statement but i always assumed it was called that due to the horse track being there...How long has Tampa Bay Downs been around? Btw, are they saying that South Mobley is in Oldsmar? Cause to the best of my knowledge your in Tampa until you cross Race Track the other way or head down far enough to his Pasco.

It fucking sucks living in gods waiting room!!!! Its not the old people that bitch about the noise(they probaly can barely hear it anyways lol) Its these middle aged people that grew up in the 80's when racing was taking a breaks and it wasnt as popular. All the old people in my nieghborhood come over and talk to me when they see me working on my car and tell me about "back in the day". It sucks ! Im gonna have o take a trip down race track to find that place
