its not exactly a defect.i dont think at least.it looks like he hit something (pothole) and broke the wheel.driver error.i've seen plenty of wheels do that from all diffrent car empires.if u hit something hard enough it will break.common sense.he was probley going faster then what he is saying so if he does get into legal battles he dosent look like he was racing down the mountain.it looks like he just simply hit a hole, broke his wheel and lost control.shitty, but i dont know if thats a defect.

But it has happened supposedly alot of times to many people now. So I would call that a defect man. Maybe aftermarket wheels should be #1 on everyones list who owns an srt-4.

Did you read the thread on the SRT forum? The car was subject to forces that it's not intended to handle IMO.

exactly.who knows how everyone got broke.i'm just saying this insident looks to be driver fault.i've seen so many cracked wheels everywhere and nobody does anything.thats not a good enough or solid enough reason to recall that.

Oh, in that case i agree, maybe i misunderstood what you said, i believe it's the drivers fault but not only that he put a lot of force on the car either because he put himself in a bad situation or maybe he's a bad driver, who knows.
