I've rarely seen a alum. wheel just crack. If it is such a widespread problem we would be seeing them a lot. And the only Neon wheels I sell are from driver error, and Walmart parts changers destroying them. Just another case of someone not wanting to take responsibility for their actions.

alot of wheel shops dont do anything with them.they just sit around out back or get tossed.no biggie.i can name acouple of mechanics shops around here that has at least one or two of these just laying around.but its still driver error.we all agree.

Damn your right cars cant handle going 20-30 MPH I keep it under 10 mph everywhere I go. Did anyone read the thread posted on SRT-forums the guy hit a pot hole and cracked the rim, that isnt supposed to happen if your driving a car going 30mph. If the guy is even telling the truth though

From what i can tell, the car slid sideways.Imagine the wheels trying to litteraly "roll" underneath the car,but could'nt,thus lead to MAJOR pressure/weight being put on the hubs...which caused this.

My wheels are perfect,i don't drift though.

damn i'd be really pissed off if i jacked a pothole racing down the canyons in the rain in my c/e skittle. i'd defenatlly blame the rims.
