New Challenger flexes '60s muscle (Is the muscle car era starting again ? )
Think about it? The Horsepower Wars are back! Dodge isnt the only company bringing back cars with old looks. The new mustang for instance. Just look at the new z06 trying to get in the Super car slot. you can't tell me that the horsepower wars are not back. I really wish they would bring muscle cars back, but they would not sell very well because the cost of gas prices and such.

damn, that thing looks amazing. definitely the closest to the original.. right there with the thunderbird.
i like that style a lot.
Dodge has been building great cars since 1992 and coming out with various platforms too. Like them or not, they offer a lot more choices than Ford or GM.
Ford has got some great-looking cars.

definetly like it, but the question is how much will be messed with in crash testing and cost cutting when the final car shows up?

besides the viper, what cars did dodge build in the 90's that can be described as "great?"
the neon, stratus, plymouth breeze, avenger? not one of these cars can be described as great, good or even ok. they are cheap econobox's that last about 100k miles and then find their way into a salvage or impound yard.
as far as the new challenger, it looks good...i'm glad to see dodge is putting their hemi in a 2 door coupe.
