I made mine, just looking for a stick. I've uploaded a PDF so the unwashed masses can print thier own.

Just download and print. TIP: glue it to a stiffer board before stapling to stick. This improves readability by keeping the sign rectangular for on-comming traffic.

You should be able to win that easily in court I would imagine.

That, my friend, is some bullshit. G/L in court with that, I see an easy easy way to get out of this one.

BTW the windshield wiper excuse wouldn't work if it was a sunny day out. I would say something like "something was wrong with the guy's trailer and I wanted him to pull over so I could let him know before something happened"... Just my .02

wait a minute, that ticket is BULLSHIT. What did everyone learn in driver's ed to do before overtaking a car. FLASH YOUR LIGHTS TO WARN THE DRIVER YOU ARE PASSING. That cop needs a doughnut shoved up his ass.

if its sunny, you could do the spray wiper thing and say you had something on your windshield.

OH YEAH!?

Well what if the cop looks at his windshield and decides that it's still dirty!

http://www.newschannel5.com/content/news/2637.asp
but thats not in Florida.
In Florida the law says:
7) Flashing lights are prohibited on vehicles except as a means of indicating a right or left turn, to change lanes, or to indicate that the vehicle is lawfully stopped or disabled upon the highway or except that the lamps authorized in subsections (1), (2), (3), (4), and (9) and s. 316.235(5) are permitted to flash.
