Bottom Line Is Do Not Trust Ian Or Dc For Anuthing They Say!!!cause Its All Bullshit, And To Importluv I've Done Business W/ Alot Of People, But Have Never Been Told Something Was In Stock Took My Monies And Then Nothing. My Clutch Took Two Weeks Too Come Buulshit Sorry If Thread Gets Closed I Was Just Never Allowed To Vent So Here It Is!

Sounds like a shitty business owner to me, an owner should care about every single customer no matter how little the job. In the end, you either get what you pay for or do it yourself.

That's why I open my welding shop 7 days a week, 7am-6pm. Customer today (sunday) came in at 9am because his boat propeller broke. How many welding shop do you know that's open on sundays? It's a very small job, didn't make much money, and more than likely, I will never see him again, but he can install his part knowing who did it. So theres a possibility that he spread the word around of my welding shop's service.

Reputation is what makes a business stay in business.

Whenever I start a new project, I require a deposit of 15% to cover material fees.
Labor fee should never be covered by the customer, only by the company.
It's just a more insured, and better feeling for the customer.
