Is the grass really greener?
I came across this thread on another site:
Speedarena Forums: Sweet cars North America doesn't Get
Its about cool cars overseas that we in the U.S. will never see over here and get to drive. And as we all know, it does not seem fair..."they" truley do seem to get a lot of the cooler cars across the pond, etc.
So it got me to thinking.....are there cars that are only sold here in North America that the rest of the world is envious of? Hmmmmm.....

i highly doubt it. most of the cars that are made here are exported out to other countries or are the same car, but sold under a different name.
as far as i know there are no "american market only" import cars anymore either.

The Corvette, the Camaro and Firebirds, the Mustang. These are all cars that alot of people would love to have in the rest of the world but they dont because they are not as easily avialable as they are here.

I was talking to my brother on the phone...he lives in Japan. He says its really weird, but that many Japanese love American cars. I know the new GTO has sort of a cult following over there with the drifters and such. He said an old 80's IROC Z28 over there could sell for some serious cash. kind of funny I guess.
