I actually love my dads miata! but it has IT'S function. To get your fender as low as the top of your rim and still be flush you NEED to stretch tires....now not everyone wants to be that low, but if that is your goal, then it IS needed.

Never said they looked good or anything about the style in general. All I said is that they are not fakes. And its a style in Japan so why do you care so much about it?

And all of those wheels are already such a low offset that spacers are usually not needed, and I'm betting that 99% of those cars are not running them. But sure maybe one of them are running 5mil spacers

So yeah keep on being cool.
