Haven't kept up on this thread, but I assume this is the rim you're talking about. Some old internationals and larger trucks (Not a full out big rig) like dually and such will use these. They use them as car haulers and they lower them and run one really wide tire instead of two smaller ones. Guess thats what you would run it on.

Also, you can kind of tell from the pic that its an 8-lug.
EDIT: maybe even 10?
