It's an imported car from Japan.. the Japanese license plate bolt holes are farther apart than a US license plate and the mount is on a swivel. It's hard to explain but that's just how it is.
At any rate as for me talking about BBS RS and me driving a S13 and all that jazz the car is not what I am talking about, shit 75% of the cars posted on here seem to be Civic's.. and Civic's with staggered wheel fitment, if that isn't pointless I don't know what is but whatever a platform is a platform but how you make that platform shittier or better is what this thread is about.
