OMG I think I found the wheels I want for my truck, now only if they made them in like 15s because Im too low for 17-18s...

I hate to burst the bubble, but it started in the european countries. You were right about the why's of it, but wrong about the placement.

Belgium, Germany, England, Spain... they all have laws regarding keeping the tread of the tires within the fender. The biggest guys out there as far as the art of the stretch is concerned, is Belgium and Germany.

Euro guys started stretching tires so that they can run aggresive offset wheels.
