I was wondering...
I recently bought a new 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer
I'm looking to put rims on it (the car is dark grey) preferrably black and preferabbly under $150 for each rim
also, I know all the bolt pattern, etc.
but if I have a 46mm offset, what does that mean and what offset does the rim have to be?

True, I run a 245 on a 10. I'll go to a 275 once I decide to pull the rear fenders.

...so i just turned 16 and i was wondering what i shud do to make my car sweet inside and out, but i CANT mess up the warrantee
also, RIMS RIMS RIMS im looking for some black ones under $175 each
tell me what i need to know... please

The members of this site aren't really accepting of people who mod only the exterior and interior of their cars, unless youre doing a VIP car. But a lancer is not a VIP car. Don't waste your money on a lancer, save up and buy its big brother, the evo, then you'll find fewer haters here.
