Why? A focus is very functional. Its a hatchback, good on gas, and relatively safe for its size. I'm sure its less cool than something that's chasis is almost resting on the ground with crooked wheels, but again, you said function.

It's very functional at being an econocar, and that's about it. But that only applies to the US focus. Oh and believe me, I hate the broken axle look too, but you don't see me bitching up a storm about it.
