why is the back wheel tucked so far forward in the wheel well?

Why are there so many pics of cars with wheels at least 20mm inside the fender well or more??? How is that fitment?

I just went to 7-11,and seen the Q45 with the Bentley headlights is on the cover of Rides magazine.
Has Bentley headlights,cls500 front bumper,Jaquar fenders,and a ton more.
Car is fucking CRAZY.
