What happened? No way the fire caused all that damage unless it was stolen or something

He was working on shaving the engine bay. That's all I know now. It just happened last night, and he hasn't really put up much. I guess he is working on the story for the front page of Stanceworks. I don't think the wheels were on the car, but his garage had a bunch of wheels and tools in it. Engine was out too. Still all sucks.
