Those aren't the droids I'm looking for. One girl I know really wants a Supra, another rides big-displacement bikes. The tamest among them has a G35 coupe with 18s.

How much reliability would you lose on a Lexus with these mods, anyway?

GTE internals
new oil pump
HKS272 cams
Dentsport/Turboeast return fuel kit (The nice lines and regulator from the dentsport kit, with the sending unit internals from the Turboeast kit.)
Walbro in tank pump and one inline pump (good for 750 whp)
TEC3 standalone
Uego-1000 wideband
Greddy Profec B boost controller
boost gauge
Greddy TurboTimer
Water Meth kit with computer controller (done by PFS)
Toyomoto Cast manifold (ceramic coated)
Garrett GT 35/4088r (Specd by turboeast)
Turboblanket from boost logic
Pyrometer
3" downpipe, no cats
3" PFS catback, with an extra Magnaflow 3" muffler in line to quiet the car down
Godzilla BOV
Racegate
PFS stage 2 intercooler
JIC FLT suspension with Pillow Ball mounts
Manaray Vertec 18" wheels
Carbon fiber vented hood (painted to match the car)
Cwest style front bumper (painted to match the car)
Alpine CD player
Two kicker amplifiers, one for mids, one for subs
Two JL audio 12's in an obcon box
Jl audio 6x9's in the rear deck (factory locations)
6.5" Kicker comp component set up front. (factory locations)
3tv's (two in the headrest, one in the passenger sunvisor)

Those girls are few and far between. When marketing myself to females, I prefer to go for a more broad appeal instead of trying to find 1-3 girls out of 500. You can always convert them, mind you, but so much easier to start when they don't have to stop and pee every 5 seconds b/c suspension is too stiff.

mod list
General rule of thumb, the more aftermarket parts are on the car that YOU did not install, the less reliable it will be. Assume the worst

To me the Audi seems like a better bet

Fail.

One of the worst things you can do is purchase a high horsepower/highly modded car that someone else built. Unless you are 100% that all of the mods were installed correctly and all the work, etc... IMHO buy a stock car and then mod it to YOUR liking.

The first thing that sticks out is the meth system. Just a bandaid IMO, and anothing thing that can go wrong at the wrong point.

Also if that's the stock auto or five speed tranny i wouldn't trust it with anything over 500ish hp (probably less). You want/need a V160. And once you have that a new rear end as well.

And this is just personal opinion but i would much rather have two stock supra fuel pumps than a walboro anything in that car. Lots of people do this and it's proven to work very well.

edit: although i would be worried about buying a modded car. You can tell when something is done correctly and if you can't get someone who can take a look at it with you. Also make sure you take it on a nice long test drive, get compression test done, even see if you can take it to a reputable shop that can take a look it for a minimal fee. I wouldn't hesitate buying a car that's been modified by a reputable local shop (i.e. neal sutton, titan, etc.)

Ok this thread is retarded. For one, why post a question about which car people think YOU should get, which will get more chicks, and then dont listen to the advice given. There hasnt been one post yet in favor of the lexus for all the reasons of just plain common sense, but that hasnt kicked thru your head yet. The reasonable thing to do would go with the A4.
