a few years back my brother got screwed on something like this. he spent a ass load of money to a shop that was giving him the run around. they took alot of money from my brother to then close up shop. about 2 months later the shop opened up under a new name. legally...... there is nothing you can do about it. i wouldnt doubt it if DC does something like this.

They must have a great report with the BBB. It does make sense for someone reppin them to explain wtf is going instead of letting their "customers" worry etc.

BTW I've owned www Driven Concepts Sucks com . Maybe its time to do something with it !

what a great way to ensure you will even have customers to serve in the future. The fact that you are so shameless in the face of this does not ease anyones mind in dealing with you in the future.

This is the best you could do when you have customers who have a lot of money on the line supporting the shop? Maybe instead of coming up with some witty comments to reply back to online you should be on the phone with those customers who have been left out of the loop for over a week with no answers. We are doing our best to protect TR members from getting put in this same position by leaving all of this in the open.

i took my car there a while back and i thought you guys were a cool shop.

but now im starting to see you guys plain suck and just want your money...or atleast thats what its lookin like here with no answers for anyone...
