Agreed! I doubt he has spoken to an attorney. Probably called his AAA office with his side of the story.

I believe he mentioned the Dept. of Agriculture since they are responsible for creating the "rules" [FL Motor Vehicle Repair Act], as well as appointing the members of the Motor Vehicle Repair Advisory Council [who will enforce the MVR Act]. JD posted a section of the statute in one of his posts.

ok sorry i hate to burst some bubbles here, but no one can gets pics with the car right now. no one needs to know where is it until all of this is settled. when we legally own the car, you can get as many pictures as you want, staddle the things buck naked if you want. this is the mean wife putting her foot down. none for now. Aaron im serious.

That celica is going to be all the advertising you guys need.

Get some shirts made up with a picture of the celica and "Joe Dono's baby" under it.

What you guys need to do is get the local news involved and make up a deal that if you can get some of the money back and donations for actually being a stand up shop then donate the car to a charity.
