"Scammed by Joe Dono fund"?
Basically the money is so they can keep their head above water. They were counting on the 16k to pay bills (personal and business expenses).
I was told anything over the 16k collected (including selling the car) will not be kept. It will go to charity or some fund to help others who might have been scammed by Joe. You'd have to ask Import.
Also, I see you guys have Google AdWords on top. If you are getting revenue for this, then people who can't donate, can support you by going to your website (japworks.com) and clicking on one of the ads and making a purchase. Of course, you don't have to purchase : )

Yes ive read this stupid ass thread that everyone is making a big deal of. I was just wondering exactly what the donations were for because it was never clearly stated as far as i read (i stopped reading after page 70something because everyone says the same thing over and over)

Damn, This thread has taken a good deal of 2 of my evenings now. Glad to see people are helping. I will send a few buck when I get paid. It would be good to see a goal dollar amount to keep the doors open vs. what has currently been donated.
