Make bumper stickers or vinyl stickers and sell them on ebay about Joe Dono the SCAMMER. I know awhile ago somebody that to help them pay for surgery or something. Its a completly different reason but it might work

i say someone donate a beater car and charge to beat it up ... that is an easy way because if you beat up the car that they worked on it would be a shame to let all that hard work go to nothing. Good luck.

what a lozer......i say you strip it of any parts that may have value and grab a freakin sledgehammer and go crazy on it.....then oxy/acetalyne torches and cut that shit into little peices and ship it to him peice by peice thats his payment plan he wanted.
