Nissan's response to Porsche

If Nissan was serious about defending the time - they would have brought the GTR to the ring - invited the press (and Porsche) to check the car (and tires) - done the time (or better) then demanded a public apology from Porsche.

Nissan should put a Chevrolet or Ford badge on the GT-R....maybe then people will like it.
for god's sake it's the fucking Nordschleife, there are never always the same weather conditions and it has over a hundred turns, I was there last Friday and it started raining like hell and there were no clouds at the sky.....and mabye that japanese driver is better than the porsche driver....who knows.
They should settle up an official comparing race at the ring to grind out the sand of some pussys.

I really agree. Nissan didnt really prove shit with this statement. It was more or less "Porsche doesnt know what they are talking about" statement. Though im starting to think this is some sorta cross promotion for both makers
