^ or some of us like to prevent rock chips on our hood/bumper. I drove to Gainsville yesterday, and I have like 4-5 new chips in my hood/bumper.. Guess I didnt tape up lol.

Clear bra means you can drive the hell out of them and not get chips; win win situation.

I've never really noticed rock chips in my bumper after traveling long distances. But yeah blue tape sucks.

It's also to not get bugs all over the front of the car, which is a complete pain in the ass to clean off.

Plus Love bugs when they smash up to your front end(bumper, hood) the acid or chemical in there bodies eats paint, Have to was that off a.s.a.p. or it will start to weaken your paint.

1. A good quality wax job goes a long way towards love-bug damage.
2. Shield if you're really concerned. Has prevented a few rock chips and doesn't look as retarded as blue tape.

Some of you guys crack me up with....oh go buy a bra blah blah. Its not as easy as you think when your buying a car 2800 miles away and its not a common car on every corner.

In other words this tape isn't the best thing for the paint? I just wanted to make this easy and simple since i don't have much time.

We're talking about a clear bra, most car dealers will know where to get it done or can do it for you; it's custom cut and applied to the car. We're not talking about the $19.00 leather special from pep boys that you velcro to the front.

Then go to an auto paint supply store and buy 2-3 rolls of green masking tape and you'll be all set.
