how the fuck did the pilot pull that one off? He just stopped the plane in mid air made a 45 degree turn then eased the clutch out and creeped forward enough to let the plane land straight how the fuck did he pull that out of his ass

its a cross wind landing.. you crab into the wind.. my very first landing i ever did when i was leanring to fly was like that.. at the last moment you kick the rudder and straighten up.. the wind helps you around too..

Ummmm we are talking about a very large 747 here compared to a single engine plane arent we ?.

Can you imagine sitting in the plane looking towards the water as you were getting ready to land ?

That video is badassed. I bet that was a guy being trained. I sure as hell hope they didnt do that with passengers.
