I'm hoping to get a get together of luxury performance oriented cars to have a track day at Bradenton for a 1/4 mile run. I thought it would be cool to meet somewhere and drive down as a group. It would be Saturday from 10am - 2 P.M.

I'm calling out any of the following cars to run me:

Chrysler 300C
Dodge Charger RT
Dodge Challenger RT
Dodge Magnum RT
Lexus SC400
Buick Regal GS
Pontiac Bonneville SSEI
Pontiac Grand Prix GTP
Any Cadillac
Any Lincoln
Any BMW
Any Mercedes

Of course anyone else that wants to come would be welcome, but I really would love to get some luxury muscle out to flex their muscle. I'd love to see what my car could do against these cars.

So the question is who is going to man up?

I have an sc400 and I wouldnt hang with any of those i dont think...

You never know. The SC400 has an 8cyl right? I think you'll do pretty good...especially the 96+ model.

Its a 92, the 1uzfe (4.0 v8 ) are basically the same....
They are around 200whp so thats not that great.

It's all in good fun though. I bet you would do decent. Many of the cars I listed would be one hell of a challenge for me to beat, but I've always loved running cars that aren't an easy win because if I do win the victory is that much sweeter. If I lose...well then I get to eat a slice of humble pie

I'd really love to see an SC400 run though. I've always admired those cars mainly because they donned an 8cyl, and were the last of the Luxury coupes for some time.

Sure, but I didn't think it would hold as much clout against the other cars listed without the 8cyl...that is unless it's been modded.
