My sister lives in Tampa and her husband owns a restaurant called Grille 116

I know Todds collection is not open to the public, some of his cars have surpassed the million dollar mark, actually quite a few have. He's mostly into Hemis' (does have a few fords and chevys) and documented race cars. Dick Landy's old pro stockers and such.
