I was hoping for more from this forum. I hope there will be much more people posting in the near future and I certainly hope that I can contribute to making this forum a bit more interesting.
What projects are you guys working on?
I am going toward my goal of a 3rd gen RX7 with a LS1 in it for all purpose racing and I can only hope right now.
I am working on some turbo setups for the lates models and just plain love GM cars but they are never fast enough!!

Which would be more bang for the buck? Stroke my motor to a 396 or drop in a H&C LS6 in the C4?

ohh I like what you are thinking Rich! Well the 396 will give you about 50Lbft more TQ @ 2000 diminishing as you go up in RPM until 5700 where the 346 makes more torque up top. 396 makes more power all the way up to 5700 and peaking @ 6000, the 346 would continue to make more power past 5700 and peaking @ 6600. If you put a high enough stall like 4000-4400 the 346 should win. I did the simulation given medium cams that are aggressive and flow #'s that are accurate.

Richard, I'd go with the LS6 conversion, personally. For the reasons that Jeremy stated above, plus for the shock factor. Not alot of C4's running around with an LS6 in them.
