This arguing between Al and Scott makes my damn head hurt. The only redeming thing about it is that it will make for some great grudge racing in a few weeks.

Regardless it is still less than yours minus 82 cubic inches, built bottom end, and not proclaiming to be the nitrous god . Hell look at Dan's car before it broke, uper 600 rwhp ! :o Now that is freaking impressive.

I thought estimates, until they were actually proven were invalid in your book kind of like this statement of yours:

Errr pot-kettle-black ?

Keep em' coming big guy I have a ton more great quotes like that.

Mr. Kerry.
You never cease to amaze me. You try to make a point that I have had my car for 4 years and only run 10.0s. Yet you have had yours for FOURTEEN fricken years I wasnt even sure about that. You have to be kidding me right???

So in other words...you were stuck in the 12s for THIRTEEEN Years Ahahahahahahahaha!

And then you go back to the cubic in arguement.....what a freakin ricer...how pathetic.

Dans car was impressive??? well thank you...thank you very much Who do you think installed the heads, cam and setup the nitrous in dual stages. I appreciate the pat on the back from you Scott...I didnt know you had it in you

You have a ton more qoutes like that???? That qoute had nothing to do with HP estimates. It was refering to Et for a known HP and that that known HP does not translate to a given ET.

So yeah...keep em comming...with qoutes like that you may as well go randomly qoute something I wrote and then write what you want. It will make about as much sense. Jeeezus...you are an idiot

You may as well randomly pound on the keys of your keyboard like a three year old...because the shit you are typing makes about as much sense

And here is one more qoute to completely prove you are the antagonist here...let alone the fact that these threads ONLY are in ones that I post and ONLY in the GM section...this is all brought on by you.

And the funny thing is you think you are being slick by coming here and its YOU who is trying to play the innocent victim. Maybe in your twisted brain you are. But again...my mission here is to just expose you for the asshole you are. And every time you open your mouth it gets easier and easier.

Bottom line....dont want to look like an asshole...dont post here.
Have a nice day

this shit is always fun to read.yes for a stock block, crank and head casting that is a stout number.

as for a turbo vs nos
in the long run they cost about the same amount if u are building a race engine.
as for a street engine it is cheaper to go with nitrous unless u can get a deal on a blower or turbo.because soon as u start adding more and more stages of juice it puts u up there.
but then u can factor in the cost of just going n/a and it comes out close to the cost of doing a nitrous setup.
SO IT COMES DOWN TO WHAT EVER YOUR CUP OF TEA IS!

and yes turbos are nice but i like centrifecal superchargers better.alot of them can get down tracks that turbo cars cant.
and look at the ati procharged nova that runs low 8s on 28 pounds of boost using ported gmpp heads and stock crank and block.an does it on pump gas.now thats a statement.

Harlan is very smart, talented and most of all motivated...obviously. His is a very respectable accomplishment. I'd say his keyboard has alot of dust on it since building a car like his takes so much time and effort.......unlike the keyboards of a couple of jackoffs on this thread, who's cars have yet to become "Harlan-like".

At the end of the day (or when the dust settles back to the keyboards), I'd rather have Harlan's car.
