Default 2010 2011 Camaro tuning packages

I needed to do a full performance tune package to a 2011 A6 Camaro for my mail order tunes and Todd was kind enough to let me use his car for development.

Last week I did a tranny tune on his 2011 A6 but I asked him to return so I could design my baseline performance tune for mail orders tune. After Todd received his Tranny tune, over the weekend I mocked up what I thought was a solid full performance tune baseline, but I needed his car to upload it to.

When he returned today, I uploaded it the performance tune into his car. The car performed great chirping in 2nd gear. I don’t think Todd expected such a difference between the full performance tune and a tranny tune. After I made sure the baseline tune functioned around town, I hooked up my wideband to check the AFR for some WOT runs.

The car performed like a horse running away from fire!. It had a two little hot spots with less than three degrees of knock retard, So I reduced spark in those areas and added a hair of fuel from 5500-7200 RPMS and did another WOT run.

The AFR dialed into the mid 12's at WOT and I was happy and done. The car bangs real nice into each gear and no more displacement on demand (VSS).

At 4213 RPMs, the car hit maximum torque as the heads flowed 1.01 G/CYL which is amazing. A couple years back if I just saw the scan, I would have thought it was an FI car. There's really very little reason I would do aftermarket heads on the LS3/L99 engines.

When you smiled and said "Oh god" when the rear tires broke loose and chirp second, I knew you'd like when I was finished.
Enjoy and thanks again
