I haven't even done the line bore or have the sizes for my bearings yet. After the bottom end is getting balanced iam getting the GE main girdle set which come with arp main studs and getting it lined bored. Then after those are done and I get all my parts back for the bottom end I will start on mearsuing for the correct bearing sizes, plastigague everything and assembly. Then the bottom end should be done. And ready to start on the head work.

00 si head.

The head work is iam either going with the crower vavletrain with the 412's

Or since iam really wanting to get this thing done, go with a set of some good vavle springs like Portflow or Ferra along with vavle guides, seals, with a itr intake cam and leaving the b16 cam in the ex.

if you have not bought them call tompsons first you will get the best price on the best stuff and it is in stpete would not worry about valve guides unless thay are messed up already.as for the cams thos are good for your compression and if you got the money take the head to engine lab get the exhust side ported

Pick up my parts tommorw from engine lab for the bottom end. All I have left for the block is installing the GE main girdle kit and a line bore. Thats it. So after the block work is done and assembled which should be sometime around end of this month or begining of the month of Febuary. Head work shouldn't take to long to do.
