Thief Alert UPDATE!!!
this thread will NOT be posted in by anyone saying ANYTHING about fighting, paybacks or anything of that nature... this thread is being made just as an update to what happened to our shop and let you guys know where and when the court hearing is... the hearing IS open to the public... we (Keith Kevin and Kris) WILL be there and would LOVE to see some of you guys there for some support...

dude it is just a hearing - dont waste your time. They are just going to set a court date for pre-trail, or trail date - trust me i have been doing this with my self with a pos for 1 1/2 years now. If he gets a lawyer with any sense they can drag this out forever - our legal system sucks!
