ls eagle rods 5/16 or 3/8 how I know the diffence ?

Default ls eagle rods 5/16 or 3/8 how I know the diffence ?

Hi guys I gonna ask this again cause nobody really answer my question last time .
How I know wich one I have the 5/16 or the 3/8 rod bolt ?
Right now the rod bolt I have the head is 3/8 but the diameter of the bolt is 5/16 . I somebody have the newest rod can tell me what size is the head of the bolt ? Thanks again...........Omar

did you buy them new? does the head of the bolt say ARP 2000 ? i would assume they are refering to the thread size and not the bolt head.

no I bought it used from DOHCRX and yes they said arp 2000. I heard when it said arp 2000 they are the new ones but not sure . Thanks.....Omar

come one nobody with a new set of eagle rods , could tell me the size of the head of the rod bolt 3/8 or 5/16 ...............Thanks........Omar

5/16 bolt has a 3/8 head. 3/8 bolt has a 7/16 head.

Unless they are a specialized bolt.........
I would still measure them quickly by slipping a wrench over them.-Bob

eagle rods come stock w/ arp's so i highly doubt they have a "specialized" bolt.
