Ok after looking at them again, it looks like you were missing 3 bolts from the clutch, the clutch was demolished, and I still can't see the rest.
The clutch looks used personally. Where did you purchase and have these parts installed? Have you spoken with them?

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fucking temperamental.
