Any hope for a friends civic DX?

What year dx is it? If it is 91 or older then the motor is shit but if the motor is a 92-95 dx(d15b7) then he might have something to work with. Which one is it?

You should just buy(hold on let me get a catalog) 
Toda cams Spoon stuff Mugen YEAH K&N Typhoon intake dont forget bolt on race style pedals and Custom Aluminum dress up kits(only 229 for that) Oh Oh Wait Terminator Wings only 364....
Ok just get a DOHC VTEC Motor and put that thing in. There funnier in my opinion. Once thats done then you guys can worry about mods and other goodies. Id say for that 4k for a motor and 500 for install. Now you are ready to save again for Modifying.
