looks like you have to take that top plate off first... then the bolt is prolly behind it..

take out those allen keys and theres a 19mm bolt i think and your done

and when i get a stock steerin wheel it gos right in or
does it need something else to connect

Stock wheel should go right on after you remove the quick release hub...
